A small group from Foster Care Connect attended a fantastic Fringe performance today. The group included a Foster Carer, birth child of a Foster Carer and a member of staff. Their task was to find out the answer to a question that we would all like an answer to. In the UK, youth happiness in particular appears to be on the decline. We will be sharing the answer to the question ‘What is Happiness?’ right across the Agency over the coming months in a quest to raise happiness levels for everyone.
