Friday 2nd May saw Foster Carers and Staff come together to attend an extremely informative event. The main focus of the day was about how best to support effective learning in schools. Louise Bomber, teacher and therapist, provided an insight into how Looked After Children and Young People can be supported in schools with a key emphasis being on the building of good relationships. All who attended left the conference with many practical tips. Foster Care Connect will be making this information available to everyone in due course.
